1. Samples Shipping: We usually send samples by air to ensure fast delivery.
2. Formal orders: We usually ship from our warehouse in Guadalajara. If the Guadalajara warehouse is out of stock, we will ship from our overseas warehouse, which may delay the delivery time.

For orders sent by mail, it is required that the weight of the package does not exceed 20 kilos and that no dimension exceeds 1 meter. If your order has any compatibility issues, we will contact you. The cost of shipping will be included in your invoice according to the weight of the package. Normally, we will send the package to your delivery address. If there is somewhere we cannot deliver, you may need to pick it up at the nearest post office. Delivery covers the entire territory of Mexico. Shipments outside of Mexico will be studied individually to offer the most appropriate solution to the customer's needs.
All shipments are made at the buyer's risk. In case of delay, loss or damage, the buyer must file the corresponding claim with the carrier.
