RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with lto buy in S&C INCPlease contact us via the after-sales email or the after-sales phone, consulting the Sales Departments bobchina911@foxmail.com to request a return authorization for materials within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned to S&C INCto the return address within 15 days from the issuance of the return confirmation. Boxed products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documents, and registration certificates that were sent with that product. If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, an exchange or refund will be offered using the same payment method you initially chose (or in some cases a transfer for the difference in amounts), excluding shipping costs, unless the item does not function as it should or does not match what was purchased.
How can I request a refund
In a period of 30 days after receiving your product:
1. Contact the Sales Department (bobchina911@foxmail.com ) to request the return and receive an email with the authorization for the return of materials along with simple return instructions.
2. If you open it and find that it does not meet your expectations, put it back in the box and seal it well just as you received it and send it back to Calle Volcán Etna 2542 - house 8, 45070 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
3. The refund will be processed within 10 days after receive the product and confirm that it is in pePerfect condition and includes all the documentation, etc. that was available in the initial order.
4. In the event that the product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the package, notifying our sales department for the processing of the return with our shipping agency. Once received, we will proceed with the review and contact you to proceed with a possible exchange or refund of the amount.
Returns: S&C INC does not accept returns of products that are in poor condition, after being used or incomplete, nor with defects in their original packaging (it must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration certificate that were sent with the product, as well as original packaging in perfect condition), and in such cases, we will contact you to notify you. Custom-made or cut items for the customer, such as hoses (this is indicated in the product description), do not allow any returns except for errors on our part or manufacturing defects.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If any item in your purchase suffers from a manufacturing defect or during transport, please contact the Sales Department (bobchina911@foxmail.com) within 24 to 48 hours to request a return and receive an email with the return authorization, and we will process a new shipment of the product as soon as possible, unless the product is out of stock. After consulting with the factory, we will inform you of the approximate delivery time for the new order. In this case, our transport agency will collect the defective product and deliver the new one. If you do not want a new shipment, please indicate this, and we will send you an email with the return instructions.
