1. Working speed less than 1000 RPM. Not recommended for high RPM angle grinder, it is suggested to install bush hammer on adjustable speed angle grinder, such as Makita 9227CB/9237CB polisher, speed lower than 1000RPM is suggested. 30-pin bush hammer roller is not recommended for 3 phase walk-behind grinder, too much pressure may break the bearings inside the roller. For 3 phase grinder, please use 45-pin bush hammer roller.
2. Do not apply too much pressure on the bush hammer . This will prevent the roller from stopping and therefore decrease the life of the carbide tips.
3. Adjust the distance of plates for different finishes . For double plate bush hammers, we can adjust the distance between two plates to have a finer or rougher finish. Increasing the distance can have a rougher finish, on the contrary, the finish will be finer if the distance is shortened.
4. After each use, clean the rollers, dry them and apply oil to the spindles . Ideally, the rollers should be dipped in oil to prevent the spindle from rusting. The tips of the rollers can be coated with diamond discs when they become inefficient.

1. Samples Shipping: We usually send samples by air to ensure fast delivery.
2. Formal orders: We usually ship from our warehouse in Guadalajara. If the Guadalajara warehouse is out of stock, we will ship from our overseas warehouse, which may delay the delivery time.

For orders sent by mail, it is required that the weight of the package does not exceed 20 kilos and that no dimension exceeds 1 meter. If your order has any compatibility issues, we will contact you. The cost of shipping will be included in your invoice according to the weight of the package. Normally, we will send the package to your delivery address. If there is somewhere we cannot deliver, you may need to pick it up at the nearest post office. Through this system, you will receive a notification from the post office so that you can pick up the package at the post office closest to your home.
Delivery covers the entire territory of Mexico. Shipments outside of Mexico will be studied individually to offer the most appropriate solution to the customer's needs.
All shipments are made at the buyer's risk. In case of delay, loss or damage, the buyer must file the corresponding claim with the carrier.
